Aircall VOIP Phone System Integration

General Description

Support integrating the Aircall phone system into the Magaya CRM. A 3rd Party tool designed to facilitate call capture using soft phones and an integrated CRM. For more information see: https://aircall.io/call-center-software-integrations/

Current Functionality

The Magaya CRM has no direct integration with a VOIP system, though third party browser based tool may be used to initiate calls from the CRM records. This process will not result in automated phone call activity creation.

Future Functionality

Build integration between Magaya CRM and the Air Call system to automate the generation of phone call records linked to Accounts and Contacts by Phone number for both incoming and outgoing calls.
