General Information
Add a feature be added to autmatically add a notificiation to the User’s manager each time they create a new Activity.
Current Functionality
Manager is defined in the Setup of Rep users:
Managers are not notified of activity taken by their assigned reps unless the user actively notifys them when generating activities. Future Functionality
Add a Boolean option in the Admin setup where organizational admin’s can select to create this notification globally - add a new check box option here to enable or disable manager alert:
Notiification will be based on assignment of Manager and Rep as outlined above and should be within the CRM and create a notification alert in the top right-hand corner.
When any user creates an activity who has rep security the CRM will automatically add a notification alert to their Manager. If the Rep is not assigned a manager, no alert will be sent.
