General Description
Add functionality to the CRM so that users can send a text message to a Contact's listed cell phone number.

Future Functionality
Add an option, under the existing Cell Phone options drop down in the Contact records for TEXT:
Current options are:
Call
Add a quick note
This new option should open the text messaging functionality.
Add a new activity type for "SMS" and store the communication from the above text messaging as activities in the CRM linked to the Contact.
Will require integration with a system to manage the text message send and recieve functionality. May also require a similar "Send to the CRM" feature for customer SMS like the Outlook integration's send to CRM feature.
