General Descipiton:
Allow the customer to add, remove and change options in the currently hard coded option sets found throughout the CRM. Add a control section to the Setup of the CRM to allow users to modify these values as they would Groups or Stages.

Current Functionality
Lists are hard coded in the individual forms. Users can select any existing option but no values can be added or removed either from the visual list or fully from the customer CRM.
Future Functionality
A new tab will be added to the Setup area titled "Lists" for the below listed record types on the left hand side:
Accounts
Contacts
Opportunities
Leads
Within this tab will be the listed existing Option Sets for each entity as shown in the examples above. Each Option Set item should be listed along with it's tab location in a layout that is similar to the Additional Fields options, identifying which tab on the recod this option set field resides in.
Clicking on the name of the field should popup a dialogue labeled "Edit Option Set Field" from which the user can make the following adjustments:
Change field name
Change field location
Change field visiblity (visible or not visible)
Add a new option
Hide or show existing options
Change the order of options in the option set (using a menu similar to the "Edit Activity Order" menu found in Lead Activities)
