Add additional aggregate charts to the Analytics section

General Description

Enhance the Magaya CRM's Analytics section to support report grouping by date; year, month, day.

Current Functionality

The Magaya CRM's Analytics section provides summary reporting on metric values for Opportunities, Activities and Leads. These reports include graphs on summary and individual metric totals.

The charts and graphs can be filtered by several options, but the individual summaries cannot be modified. Current filters include:

• User

• Type

• Timeline

• Status

Both standard and customer defined values are included in the Analytics reproting.

Future Functionality

Add additional summary graphs for each metric over time. These graphs would subsect the available data by the selected time option which would include:

• Year

• Month

• Day

For example, in the Opportunities Analytics, selecting to display the graph by Month for a time frame of a Year would sub-divide the graph to show total closed oppportunities for each month:

Instead of the current singlar circle of blue showing all the closed opportunities, the circle would show a section for each month when an Opportunity was closed.
