General Description
Currently the CRM links social media accounts for the Accounts and Contacts. These accounts could be synced to display posts from the related sites.
Current Functionality
The Magaya CRM Account entity has individual fields for a customer's social profiles and creates links in the ribbon of the Account to quickly access them:
Clicking on any of the icons in the top section of the CRM Account page will open the social media site in a new tab.
Future Functionality
Include a list of social media posts for each linked Social within the CRM so that users can engage with customer social media updates without leaving the CRM platform.
