General Description
Expand the functionality of the Additional Fields feature in the setup of Accounts & Contacts to allow customers to add custom option set fields (Response Options).
Current Functionality
Customers can add additional fields to each of the individual record types found in the CRM. The main areas where this is utilized are in Lead, Accounts and Contacts. The Lead version of this feature includes the ability to add option sets with custom values. This is found when adding a Qualification of the type "Response Options". Setting a field to this type exposes the option to add individual responses:

Future Functionality
Expand the functionality of the Additional Fields feature in the setup of Accounts & Contacts to allow customers to add Response Options fields as found in the Lead.
The existing Additional Fields screen should be updated to include the option for Response Options as a type and the Options + section to add individual options to the field.
