New CRM Reports

General Description

Add to the CRM's Report tab under the Toolkit, 2 addtional reports:

  1. Sales lost to competitor

  2. Lead and Opportunity summary by stage and record owner

Current Functionality

Sales lost by competitor is not an available report, though summary information about Competitors listed in Opportunity records is available in the CRM's Analytics section.

Lead summary data by Stage and Owner is currently available in the Magaya CRM Analytics Module. Summary data can be filtered by Lead Owner and individual summary data can be returned for Lead Ownership.

Future Functionality

  1. Add competitor collumns to the current Opportunity Report. This report allows users to filter by Opportunity status to return only Lost Opportunity records. In this report we will add the field for listed Competitor in the Opportunity's Competitor's tab:

The information will be returned when a user runs the Opportunity Export with filters set to show Stage as "Closed - Lost" :


2. Add a column for Opportunity "Stage" to the Opportunities Export to allow users to analyze Opportuinity Data better. This column should be returned for all iterations of the Opportunity export. Current fields returned in the report include:

a. Opportunity Name

b. Account

c. Solution Type

d. Amount

e. Solution Term

f. Close Date

g. Next Step

h. Opp Score

i. Managed By

New column to be added:

j. Stage:
