Delete Role - Role Management

Add trash can icon to Role Management Roles to allow users with access to delete user-created Roles as necessary.

A pop up window will appear once a user hits the trash can icon to confirm the deletion of the role.

Where there are default Roles, the Trash Can would remain greyed out with a ToolTip stating "Role is a Default Role and cannot be deleted".
