Filter Contract ID Menu Based on Mode Selection in Contract Mgr

General Description: Full Service Upload is where contracts may be uploaded to be translated by our Production team. Users select a radio button to designate what mode the contract pertains to, however, the contract ID menu show contract IDs for all modes. This makes searching more cumbersome for users who only deal with one mode. The user would like to only see contracts pertaining to a certain mode based on the radio selection.

Current Functionality: The radio buttons for Contract Mgr only designate what type of contract is being uploaded.

Future Proposal: The radio button selection should filter the contracts shown in the Contract ID dropdown.
