Remove Requirement for Company Code from Tariff Upload

When users use the upload tariff template, they are required to enter the Company Code. This Company Code is created by Magaya when the Org is set up. The user should not have to enter the code when using the upload template since they are uploading it to their own Org. It's redundant and a nuisance to customers.
