Spot-Generic Quote Toggle Edit

Currently, a user must click any field below the Contract iD field to edit anything in the info panel.

The toggle for the Spot-Generic Quotation should have the same edit functionality as the rest of the fields where a user clicks the toggle and the editing feature opens up.
