Add Dynamic Search Bar to Contract ID in Contract Mngt

General Description: When uploading an Amendment, users must select a Contract ID from the required dropdown menu. For larger customers, this becomes more of a challenge despite being able to type the first letter for the menu to jump to that place in the dropdown. Often, the customer cannot find the contract ID and just a version as a new one.

Current Functionality: Users must click the dropdown and scroll until they find their contract ID. The user can also type the first letter of the intended contract id and the dropdown will jump to the beginning of the record list with that first letter.

Future Proposal: Change the dropdown menu to a dynamic search so the user may enter more than one character and the relevant results will appear.
