Customers would like the flexibility to choose to where their mark-up is applied. This helps keep the margin in an expected place.
Current Functionality: Users enter in a Flat or % mark-up. That mark-up is calculated against the Total rate only. There are no other options for the user to choose from.
Future Functionality: Add two radio buttons for users to select whether the % mark-up would be based on the Total Price or just the Base Rate.
Additional Considerations:
Add this Rule attribute to the exportable detail report
Flat mark-up will remain unchanged as it current functionality is acceptable
