MAC Tool - Customer Update

Update MAC tool to include customer as one of the qualifiers. Same requirements and concerns as surcharge manager customer update (CAT-26).

• (CAT-26) Add new field in surcharge manager for customer. Modify engine so that this field is processed when present to determine if surcharge should apply. Need to determine where client selection will come from, will it be a drop down in QMS or automatic based on who is logged in?

Customers would like to be able to set up different margins for different types of customers and add CUSTOMER ID to the MAC rule.

Need a drop down in Search for a user to select a Customer so the engine knows to apply the appropriate MAC Rule.
