Schedules Available on Quote Form

Currently, the schedules API runs only when the user clicks the schedules icon. If the user does not do this and creates a quote, the schedules information will not be available on the quote.

Add method to adding the quote to the shopping cart to call the Schedules API so they are available on the Quote Form. Understanding, this could add time between the user clicking the add to shopping cart icon and when they see the quote in the shopping cart.
