Bypass contact in quote process

Bypass the option for Step 2 (Recipient selection) in sending the quote.

This is ideal for client who do not use the RMS to send quotation to their customer. So they can just select the Customer and proceed with the quoting process. And they can just download and sent the quotation via their own email address.

Set Org Setting default checkbox to allow the users to "SKIP" the email recipient requirement to send out quotes.

When enabled, the there is no requirement for a Recipient email address to be assigned.
