Download Quote in Excel Format

General Description:

Customers would like to download the quote format in an excel format. With the understanding that the integrity of the quote will be lost, customers would still like the opportunity to do that.

Current Behavior: There is no way to download a quote form in an excel format. Customers may only download in HTML or PDF format.

Future Proposal:

1. Add checkbox in the Format & Output screen for "XLS".

2. If the "XLS" checkbox is checked and the user hits the blue arrow to send it, add a warning pop-up to let the user know the following: Excel formats are not protected for editing. By hitting the Confirm button, you acknowledge that Magaya is not liable for any changes made outside the workflow of the system.

Technical Aspects to Consider:
