Results Grid Customization Default at Org Level

Customers are requesting the customization of Grids be at Org level instead of User level. Using the same functionality and controls we have in place for Custom Surcharge Groups in the Control Panel, add an Org/User toggle to Grid Settings.

Only Admins may move the toggle. This would be greyed out for non-Admin users.

When toggled to User, any user can as current functionality persists.

When toggled to Organization, only an Admin user can manipulate all Grid tabs and the Gear icon in the Gird Results screen is greyed out.
