Currency Conversion - Search Options, Results Grid, Info Panel

Non-US customers would like to change the currency for the following:

1) Select a currency in Data Option of Search to have all charges in the Search Results grid to show as.

2) Allow default Currency to be set. This will convert Totals in the Results Grid to the selected Currency without the user having to do the extra action of extra key strokes at the top of the Results Grid.

3) The selection in Search should automatically show the same currency at the top of the Results Grid.

4) During Refresh, Note the quoted currencies and keep the consistent with the previous quote.
