Price Roundup - Currency Conversion Warning

For Price Roundup, non-USD charges could look incorrect without understanding the logic behind how the function performs.

We round up the USD-equivalent of the non-USD charge price. Here is the logic currently being applied.

1. The non-USD is converted to USD

2. The USD equivalent (value in #1) is rounded

3. The rounded USD price (value in #2) is converted back to the non-USD currency

4. The updated price (value in #3) is used as the charge price

To help clarify, we should add a warning message to the Price Roundup pop-up.
