Restrict NRA Upload in Role Management

General Description: With new functionality to allow users to upload and manage NRA documents in the Tariff Module, further modifications need to be made to restrict user access to upload these types of documents. This is requested for added security due to the government compliance aspect of managing tariffs. Only those trained should be given the ability to upload.

In addition, all users may still have access to search and view records and download documents, just certain users should not be allowed to upload based on the Role they are assigned.

Current Functionality: All users have access to upload NRA's in the Tariff Module.

Future Proposal: Add a new checkbox called "NRA Upload" under the "Tariff" toggle.

Checked On: Any User assigned to this role would be given access to upload NRA's per current functionality.

Checked Off: Any User assigned to this role would not be allowed to upload NRA's in the Tariff Module. The Radio Button in the Tariff Module would be inactive for this role.
