Add "Created By" User's Full Name in Tariff Grid

General Description: Tariff Mngt requires accountability, especially when there are suspect filings. Admin Users need a way to identify who created the Tariff Filing.

Current Functionality: There is no way for users to know who created Tariff Filings.

Future Proposal:

Add the Full Name of the User who created the Tariff record, whether done manually or via upload. This should be a Grid column so it may be searched.

Add a field to the Search pane so a user may search by name. This should be a dynamic search field that acts like the field in User Management.
