E214 - LINE ITEMS - Questions/Suggestions

On the section "Line Items", which is part of the E214 filing.

Is there anyways we can add a column on the "Template" that would help fill in the "assigned container" section on the line items. So long that we first have the container added on the container number section on the "Bill information" then it can identify and fill in the "Assigned container" after loading the template.
