Load a template on a 7512 created from a tally out

Good morning team,

We very often create 7512s from tally outs. And very often the information highlighted on the attached form is the same on the 7512s. We created a 7512 template with the repetitive information, but when we load it on a 7512 created from a tally out, it removes the lines from tally out and the inbond number.

Can it be possible to load a template on a 7512 crated from a tally out? it would help us alot! thank you!
