Add "FTL" to Shipment Options in Search

53' in Ground Mode is the typical selection for FTL, however, given that 53' only exist in the USA, we need to update the UI to cater to other country truck types. Adding "FTL" will satisfy this.

This will require several enhancements:

1. Add an FTL Checkbox to the Shipment Options.

2. Add two additional columns in our Ground Template to allow for uploading rates.

a. FTL< T Pivot

b. FTL > T Pivot

3. Updates to our XML & Rest API will need to be done to accomodate the new Units.
