Global Parts List and PGA population

Hello. I have a couple small feature requests.

Would you please consider adding a check box that would toggle whether an entry can pull from only the company part list or global? I have some parts on the global list that are similar in name to a specific part on an importer account. I would like to make sure that my entry writers can decide to only pull from the importer parts list.

Also, maybe this is just me, but if I save an entry before getting to the PGA it wont give the option to automatically populate the PGA. I am then stuck doing it manually or starting a new entry. Is it possible to make sure that option is available any time you click on the PGA or give some way to choose when to have the PGA automatically populate?
