As a freight forwarder, I want to be able to set up a minimum margin for each transport mode, that applies when the actual margin for an offer is lower than this.

It would also be helpful to have the ability to set a maximum margin also. Example using 10% margin) if 10% margin is under $100, use minimum $100 markup AND if 10% margin is over $400, use max $400 markup
