We have a few shipments getting booked via the portal and we are using the shipment section, however the operators need to double/triple checking every shipment everyday. We would like a notification/reminder button that we could set a date/time that would send a reminder email to our team to follow up on a shipment for certain tasks. eg.
Reminder/Notification Date: 21st July 2022 @ 1030hrs
Reason: Check booking confirmation received from agent
From here this would send a simple email reminder to our team reminding them to compelte this task.
