Add agent option for the request option

right now, when we make a new quote on magaya , the system allows only to quote to a final cusomers. in fact, if you set an agent on the field, when you make a shipment form the quote, magaya automatically add the entity like customer. we quote a lot to agents, and I suposse others too. it would be vry helpful
