Search - Container Multiplier - Multiple Size Selection

Perhaps a separate module when you click multiplier would appear like the LCL/Air/Ground weights & dims.

As a User, I want the ability to have different selections for the Container multiplier based on multiple container size selections.

Example: 1x20 and 2x40

The system should multiply the 20 rate by one and the 40 rate by 2.

Update API & XML accordingly.
