Separate ADMIN Module Access by Process Type

The ADMIN module has areas that pertain to the operation which should not be shared with granting permissions / security to the users. Right now, if a user requires access to Vendors or Scheduling reports they will need to have ADMIN access which grants them access to creating users and configuring the software. All these functions should be separate just like in Magaya Supply Chain.
