Automatic Duty and MPF Exemption for HTS 9801 Tariffs

Description: We propose that all tariffs under HTS heading 9801 be set up as default in Magaya to automatically reflect duty and MPF exemptions. Attached is a screenshot showing the desired location for these default settings, along with the relevant CFR reference confirming that HTS 9801 is always exempt from these charges.

When HTS 9801 is applied to a CBP line item or used in creating a part number, the system should automatically identify it as duty and MPF exempt, applying the appropriate flags. This will streamline the process and ensure compliance with 19 CFR 24.23(c)(1)(i).
