History-Classic Report: Add Column for WM charges per kilo and weight per CBM

Client would like a column for WM charges where it shows the weight per kilo and weight per CBM instead of just the total price as well as the charge level comments or notes, in the Quote Classic Report. The Column should look like the below:

Quote History - Download Filtered or All Results

Currently, the download icon in History downloads all records regardless if the results are filtered or not. This enhancement would allow the user to choose to print all or the filtered results, probably setting the Filtered results as the default.
