When the option to automatically create the Warehouse Receipt in Magaya is enabled, Blind Receive and Add New Receipt do the same thing. Hide the Blind Receive option in that case so operators have a single, clear way to receive — removing the duplicate and the confusion it causes. When automatic Warehouse Receipt creation is turned off, keep Blind Receive available, since it still serves a distinct purpose (submissions are held for review instead of creating the receipt automatically).
