Auto Delivery configuration option

Dear Team,

Kindly note that we require an Auto Delivery Configuration option in the Organization Contact section.

This configuration should allow us to define the recipients for different types of documents, such as:

• Finance Documents – Specify the contacts who should receive invoices, statements, and other finance-related documents.

• Operations (OPS) Documents – Specify the contacts who should receive operational documents such as HBL, MBL, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, and other shipment-related documents.

This feature will help ensure that the correct documents are automatically sent to the appropriate contacts without requiring manual selection each time.

Please let us know if this functionality is already available or if it can be considered for implementation.
