Price Round Up - Total or Individual Charge Application

The Price Round Up feature doesn’t round up the Total Price alone. It iterates through all of the charges and rounds up the value one by one. Then based on the rounded up prices, the new Total Price is calculated.

Customers would like the choice to round up each individual charge as the system works today or just round up the Total price by the multiple specified. The idea is that the round up amount would be lump summed into the Base Rate.
