In Surcharge Options in Search, add additional check boxes for users to mark when needing to search/quote based on other customer scenarios. New Surcharge Options to be added the Surcharge Grouping and the engine would include/exclude based on selection.
Only one would be able to be selected:
Free-In: OTHC excluded from O/F
Free Out: DTHC excluded from O/F
Liner-In: Vessel Loading included in O/F, but the rest of OTHC stuff is excluded
Liner-Out: Vessel Unloading included in O/F, but the rest of DTHC stuff is excluded
Gate-In: OTHC included in O/F
Gate-Out: DTHC included in O/F
