Restrict Billing By Client

Hi - We need to restrict billing for certain clients, not by person, not by team, not by office. by Clent. Importer account. We know all those other restrictions exist but do not make sense in the real world. We have certain clients that have peculiar billing systems that Magaya's billing schedules cannot accommodate, so they are manual. And we need to restrict release people to certain clients billing. OR create a better fee schedule lIke auto-billing by ALL PGA's not just FDA, but that's for another time. Some clients have to be manual for now. We are hoping there is a way to restrict billing by client. Thank you.
