Create part from line function improvement

The “create part from line” function should capture all CBP and PGA line data, not just the HTS. Currently, we have to manually enter MID, PGA, and other required data in the parts database, which reduces productivity. Since the duplicate line function already captures all fields, we’d like that same functionality added to create part function. The old SmartBorder program saved all CBP/PGA line data and was much more efficient for adding new parts to the database.
