Flow WMS Default Team and Owner for Tasks

Use case: The Reception Team will handle all Receiving Tasks collaboratively. A function may have one or multiple teams. If the function has only one team, then this team will always be assigned to the task, and the team lead will be the owner.

Requirement: As part of the Team Task functionality, provide the capability to assign a default Team to a Task type (e.g., the Informed Receive Task is assigned by default to the Reception Team). When creating Teams in the Portal, assign a default owner to the team; when a task is assigned from the portal to the team, it defaults to the team owner.
