LVO has complex scanning process. They want to refine the laser setting on their TC53 devices to control the trigger and to have greater precision of the laser by validating the scan reading when the trigger is released. Today they can do the set up on the device but due to current design the FLOW application will override the device settings.
Just sent you an email , but this is what I have from them. If we need to meet with for clarity just let me know.
Here are the settings we want to control for the device scanning :
Setting the laser pointer : laser quality and alignment
Check Scanner validation : I mean by that choose whether to scan at the first barcode found or when the trigger is released
But I think the best will be that all the setting of the Device get the upper hand on the one of the Flow app

Do you have use cases where the customer wants to follow the device's setting instead of the ones from Flow to validate the problem they're currently having?
