Add a Location Filter with “No Location” Pinned at the Top for Tasks

Introduce a filter icon on the Received Items page that, when tapped, opens a compact filter panel to validate items by location quickly. The user can focus on a specific location or instantly view items without any assigned location, helping them streamline checks and ensure accuracy.
