Workflow & productivity logs of employees for management reporting

Provide data for management to track productivity and efficiences of employees and also client accounts. Be able to understand time employees are spending in magaya, working on seperate accounts or tasks to idenitfy where improvements may be able to be made. Currently can only track transactions within a log but that doesnt give an overall understanding of who is doing what and how long its taking
