LVO [DESCRIPTION] Possibility to manage this list

Dear all,

Observation:

The commodity descriptions list (Commodity > General tab) cannot currently be managed.

We are unable to modify, delete, or import existing data.
We can only create new entries.

Issue:

How should we handle situations where commodities are created by mistake, duplicated, or contain spelling errors?

Our proposal:

Provide the necessary permissions and functionality to manage this list, including:

• Editing existing entries

• Deleting entries

• Importing data

In addition, create roles and permissions that allow to be restricted to administrators or specific user groups.
