ORGANIZING THE CATEGORIES CREATED ON CUSTOM FIELDS - "SHIPMENTS"

The categories that are created on customs fields for shipments cannot be placed in order as the customs would like them to show. Therefore, It will be great if the categories can be replaced based on the customer's preference.
