Batch pick task for multiple cargo releases

In our E-Commerce (Web Orders) operation, we receive an average of 150 to 200 orders per day from Tuesday to Friday and between 300 to 500 orders on Monday. Sales Orders constitute of 1 to 3 units / lines per order that have common attributes for example:

• Same part number

• Same rack location

• Same cutoff time (for example, all orders that must ship by a certain carrier pickup window).

Because Magaya creates a 1:1 pick task per Cargo Release, our warehouse team would ideally group those tasks into a single batch pick to reduce travel time, streamline, and improve overall picking efficiency.

Without the ability to batch them, our warehouse agents would have to process each pick task independently even when they logically should be grouped together. We are looking to have an efficient / low handling time and complexity for the team.
