General Description
Information displayed in the Magaya CRM Analytics module Opportunities section can be set by organizational administrators to display all records within the CRM or only those closed after a specific date.
The control for this timeframe setting is displayed within the CRM Setup screen only and cannot be modified by any CRM user within the CRM Analytics module.
This change moves the location of the RECALCULATE ANALYTICS DATA button from the Setup screen to the Analytics module but does not impact current security functionality.
Current Functionality
Usesrs with access to the Magaya CRM's Setup area who are organizational administrators are able to navigate to the tab ADMIN within the section Organization. Located here is an option to recalcualte the Analytics data.
The options available determine the display and calculation of the data shown in the Analytics tab including a displayed Analytics Start Date:

Future Functionality
Users without organizational administrator access will see no change.
For users with organizational administrator access, the button to open the Recalculate Analytics Data will appear in the Analytics section of the CRM in the Opportunities Analytics near the Analytics Start Date.
