Rename CRM entities and tabs to be in line with Supply Chain

General Description

Change the default naming convention for entities and tabs within the Magaya CRM to follow more closely the nomenclature in Magaya Supply Chain.

Current Functionality

The Magaya CRM follows a standard CRM naming convention which correlates to Magaya Supply Chain in the integration as:

1. Account -> Customer

2. Contact -> Contact

3. Lead -> Quote for a new customer

4. Opportunity -> Quote for an existing customer

Future Functionality

Rename the core CRM entities to follow more closely with Supply Chain so that:

1. Hub becomes Page One

2. Account becomes Customer

3. Etc.
