General Description
When an opportunity is deferred in the Magaya CRM, users have the option to select a date to remind them to come back to the Opportunity as well as a note detailing why the opportunity is being deferred. Neither of these fields are required resulting in Opportunities that can be set to deferred with no follow up. To limit this outcome, should the CRM be updated to require a Reminder Date when deferring opportunities?
Current Functionality
Users can select to defer an opportunity from the TIMELINE tab:
Once you click this button you will be presented with an alert asking you to confirm:
And then you have the option to enter a date for follow-up:
Entering a date into this field causes the CRM to generate an activity to remind the user to follow-up on the deactivated Opportunity:

Future Functionality
Defer date should be a required field in the Opportunity if the record is being deferred. Update the Close Date in the Opportunity and the Exp Date in the linked Supply Chain quote based on changes to the Defer date.
Change label of value in the Opportunity popup from “Defer Reminder Date” to Defer To Date and update the expiration date.
